About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to drive sales and manage customer relationships in Riyadh for our Microsoft, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications portfolio. The role focuses on cultivating strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our customer base as we initiate our business activities in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: o Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling Microsoft solutions, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications. o Develop strategic sales plans and execute them to expand the customer base. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. o Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries, issues, and ensuring timely resolution. o Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to offer tailored solutions and value-added services. o Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of solutions. o Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to provide clients with customized solutions. o Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure. o Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in Riyadh. o Provide strategic insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies. o Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. o Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives to the Senior VP. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience: o 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management or Sales within IT Solutions, preferably covering Microsoft, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Business Applications. o Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Skills: o Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals. o Excellent relationship management and communication skills in both Arabic and English. o Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate value propositions effectively. • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • Other Requirements: o Currently residing in Riyadh. o Willingness to travel within Jeddah, Dammam and nearby regions as required.
