About the role

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our business activities in Riyadh and the Eastern Region, focusing on Microsoft, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications. As we are entering a new market, the role will primarily focus on acquiring new business, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving direct sales as well.
Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth in Microsoft solutions, AI solutions, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications.
o Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on closing high-value deals.
o Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology vendors, and other potential partners to expand market reach.
o Collaborate with strategic partners like Microsoft, AI solution providers, and Cyber Security vendors to enhance solution offerings.
o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders within potential client organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
o Prepare compelling business proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam regions.
o Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Senior VP for business growth and expansion.
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in IT Solutions, preferably with exposure to Microsoft, AI solutions, Cyber Security, or IT Infrastructure.
o Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Skills:
o Strategic Sales and Business Development expertise with strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Experience with strategic partnerships and direct sales for Microsoft solutions, AI solutions, and Cyber Security products is highly advantageous.
o Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Other Requirements:
o Currently residing in Riyadh.
o Willingness to travel across Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam as required.
