Responsibilities
- Design and implement Conga CLM solutions integrated with Salesforce to automate contract lifecycle processes.
- Develop and customize Apex code, triggers, and classes to support complex business logic and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Integrate Conga CLM with third-party systems and internal applications to streamline data flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for Salesforce customization and configuration related to contract management.
- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Conga CLM and Salesforce integrations.
- Train end-users and support adoption by creating detailed documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Conga CLM consultant with extensive Salesforce integration expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex programming, including development and deployment.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, workflows, triggers, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Conga CLM solutions tailored to complex business needs.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop customized solutions involving multiple system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-stakes contract lifecycle projects.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with business users, developers, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning Components is a plus.
