Pure in-office technical support role guiding installers via call/video/WhatsApp during on-site installations.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Guide wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting remotely.
• Diagnose installation issues.
• Maintain logs and ticket updates.
• Create and update installation guides.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Electrical wiring basics.
• Strong Hindi communication.
• Has to have worked in actual installation sites before applying for this job
• Confident phone/video troubleshooting.
