Healthcare Configuration Analyst📍 Remote – India (US Healthcare)

Role OverviewA US‑based healthcare organization is looking for a Configuration Analyst to support health plan configuration activities across multiple lines of business. This role involves hands‑on configuration work, issue analysis, testing, and coordination with cross‑functional stakeholders in a remote setup.
The position is suitable for professionals with at least 2 years of configuration experience in healthcare systems, with EZ‑CAP exposure considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain healthcare system settings related to:
- Benefits, cost‑share rules, limits, and exclusions
- Product setup based on plan documents such as EOC and SOB
- Support updates to configuration data based on business or plan changes.
- Analyze configuration‑related issues impacting processing or outcomes and assist in resolution.
- Perform testing and validation of configuration changes (including basic regression and sanity testing).
- Coordinate with QA, operations, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
- Assist with documentation updates and support audit or review requests when required.
- Communicate configuration findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Required Experience- Minimum 2 years of configuration experience in healthcare or insurance systems.
- Understanding of healthcare plan concepts such as benefits, cost sharing, limits, and exclusions.
- Experience performing configuration changes and validating outcomes.
- Ability to analyze issues and follow structured troubleshooting steps.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and power backup.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Added Advantage- Hands‑on experience with EZ‑CAP.
- Exposure to US healthcare plans (Medicare, Commercial, or managed care).
- Experience working with plan documents (EOC, SOB).
- Familiarity with eligibility or authorization‑driven workflows.
- Prior experience supporting audits or data reviews.
