Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:

Support data pipeline development and maintenance.
Assist in data integration, transformation, and automation tasks.
Work with databases and ETL processes to ensure data availability and accuracy.
Collaborate with technical teams to optimise data storage and retrieval.
3. Customer Support:
Assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide data-driven insights to help improve customer satisfaction and experience.
Collaborate with teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into processes and solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
Degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or Python).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
Experience in customer support or client-facing roles is a bonus.
