Personality Development Trainer

Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and deliver personality development training programs for students, professionals, or corporate employees. Conduct workshops and interactive sessions on communication skills, public speaking, body language, grooming, time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Identify individual or group training needs and tailor sessions accordingly. Use creative teaching methods including role-plays, case studies, group discussions, and practical exercises. Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Prepare training materials, handouts, and assessments. Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills and personality development techniques. Maintain training records and prepare periodic progress reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field. Proven experience as a soft skills or personality development trainer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire diverse groups of learners. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness. Well-groomed and professional demeanor.
