About the role

The HR Data Analyst role is responsible for collecting and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that support strategic initiatives. This role involves developing interactive dashboards to visualize findings and utilizing advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and improve HR programs. The analyst will also ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency within the HR function. •Collect and compile HR metrics and data from various sources including HRIS, payroll systems, and employee surveys. •Interpret and analyze the data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. •Clean, transform, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. •Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to HR. •Conduct statistical root cause analyses and predictive modeling to support HR initiatives and assess risks and opportunities. •Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. •Build and Maintain HR Analytics Data such as retention ratio, engagement level, ROI, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations and other HR related key factors.
