Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Conference Producer role based in Noida. The Conference Producer will research and develop conference topics, build detailed agendas, and identify key industry trends and opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, sourcing and inviting high-caliber speakers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics, and managing timelines and deliverables for multiple events. The role also involves creating compelling conference content, maintaining strong relationships with speakers and partners, and supporting marketing efforts to drive audience engagement and event attendance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic about researching business trends, industries, and conference topics.
- Candidates should be confident in communicating with senior professionals via phone and email.
- Candidates should be willing to identify, approach, and invite industry experts and business leaders to speak at international conferences.
- Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Candidates should be quick learners, proactive, and eager to build a career in conference production and event management.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and collaborative environment.
- Any Graduate or MBA Freshers with a passion for learning and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
