BD & Conference Producer
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hiring at: Noida Sector – 6, India Office
Role Description:
The BD & Conference Producer will be responsible for research, generate & connect with speakers, sponsors, partners & other stakeholders and execution of conferences and business events. The role involves conducting market research, identifying industry trends and relevant topics, coordinating with speakers and stakeholders, and assisting in the development of conference agendas and content.
Desired Skillset:
· Generate revenue through delegates, speakers, sponsors, awards etc.
· Conduct market and industry research to identify trending topics and conference opportunities,
· Developing conference agendas and event content,
· Research and identify relevant speakers, delegates, and industry professionals,
· Coordinate communication with speakers, partners, and stakeholders through calls and emails,
· Support the conference production team in planning and organizing business events,
· Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure smooth execution of events,
· Participate in brainstorming sessions for new event ideas and strategies.
Qualifications:
· Min 1 year experience in the same role
· Fluent English Communication is a must.
· Ability to handle queries effectively and professionally.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
· Hands on experience of content creation on Canva is a plus.
Good to have:
· Candidates having exposure to another language,
· Immediate joiners preferred.
