The Role
As a Conference Producer, you will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality conferences—from ideation to execution. You’ll work at the intersection of content, strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring every event delivers value, engagement, and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Research industry trends to build insight-driven agendas and themes
- Identify, invite, and manage speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts
- Collaborate with speakers to shape session topics and narratives
- Create compelling session content and event positioning
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support audience engagement and outreach initiatives
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple event deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B conferences, content, or event production
- Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
