Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for end-to-end conference production, including conducting market research, acquiring speakers, developing event agendas, and managing event logistics. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful events of the highest standard. The candidate will also ensure the alignment of conference content with market needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Conference Production and Market Research to create compelling event agendas and strategies.
- Strong skills in Communication and Speaker Acquisition to build and manage relationships with high-level speakers and stakeholders.
- Experience in Event Management with the ability to handle logistics, timelines, and execution of successful events.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience in content and event-driven industries is a plus.
