About the Role
Expertiva is looking for a Conference Producer who can research, develop, and execute high-quality B2B conferences and leadership summits across industries.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with senior business leaders, understanding industry trends, developing relevant conference agendas, and working closely with speakers, sponsors, and internal teams to deliver impactful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industries, markets, and emerging business trends to identify relevant conference topics.
- Develop conference themes, agendas, session topics, and speaker profiles.
- Identify and approach senior executives, industry experts, CXOs, and thought leaders for speaking opportunities.
- Conduct research calls and interviews with industry leaders to understand their challenges and priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships with speakers and industry professionals.
- Coordinate with speakers to finalize session topics, presentations, biographies, and other requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the conference agenda aligns with the target audience and commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor conferences and industry events to identify new topics, speakers, and opportunities.
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, summits, roundtables, and awards.
- Ensure the conference content remains relevant, practical, and valuable for the target audience.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in conference production, content production, B2B events, business research, journalism, or a related role.
- Strong research and content-development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs, senior executives, and industry leaders.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand business trends and convert research into engaging conference content.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, curious, and target-oriented approach.
