Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Conference Producer. The Conference Producer will be responsible for researching industry trends, curating conference topics, sourcing and engaging high-profile speakers, and creating engaging agendas. They will also collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the successful promotion and execution of events. Post-event, the producer will collect and analyze feedback to continually improve future events and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Research and Analytical skills, with the ability to identify and develop relevant and timely conference topics
- Project Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple events and tasks simultaneously
- Business Development and Networking skills to engage industry leaders, stakeholders, and sponsors
- Written and Verbal Communication skills, with proficiency in crafting professional correspondence and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the B2B events industry, conference production, or a similar field is a strong advantage
