Over the past three years, we have successfully organized over 200 roundtables and 60 large-scale conferences, working with more than 173 clients across India.
Weโre looking for a Conference Producer Associate to join our team and help us create powerful, insight-driven B2B conferences and CXO roundtables.
๐ Location: Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135, Noida, UP
๐ Experience Required: 1โ2 Years
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ :
- Researching industry trends and developing compelling event agendas
- Identifying and onboarding senior-level speakers (CXOs, Industry Leaders)
- Coordinating with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Managing end-to-end conference production timelines
- Ensuring high-quality content and seamless event execution
- Building strong relationships with industry professionals
Key Requirements:
- 1โ2 years of experience in events, media, research, or B2B conferences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and understand different industries (BFSI, Tech, HR, etc.)
- Confidence in interacting with senior executives
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
