📍 Navi Mumbai | Full-Time
At CXO XPERTS, we bring together the brightest minds in the C-suite through our exclusive CXO Roundtables, Roadshows, and large-format conferences. Now we're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Manager to grow our partnerships with leading IT companies.
What you'll do:
🔹 Hunt, and close new business with IT sector marketers
🔹 Understand client ROI goals and position our conference solutions as the answer
🔹 Pitch, present, and negotiate sponsorship & event packages
🔹 Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
🔹 Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts
🔹 Collaborate with our events & editorial teams to delight every client
You're a great fit if you have:
✅ 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (media, events, or tech preferred)
✅ A track record of selling to IT marketing teams
✅ Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
✅ A hunter mindset — you open doors AND close deals
