We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Contract Sales Manager to build, launch, and scale a door-to-door (D2D) sales program for a rapidly growing fiber internet provider. This role is not for someone who simply manages an existing team. You will build the engine from the ground up and scale it across multiple markets.
You will be responsible for driving high take rates in newly deployed fiber markets, developing a repeatable playbook, and leading contract sales teams to deliver consistent, measurable results.

- 5+ years of experience in door-to-door (D2D) or direct sales, preferably in telecom, fiber, or home services
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams or programs from scratch
- Experience managing contract sales organizations (not just W2 teams)
- Strong understanding of territory mapping, routing, and local market dynamics
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing sales KPIs
- Willingness to travel frequently across markets
Preferred Experience
- Fiber ISP, cable, or telecom sales experience
- Experience launching sales in greenfield and mature deployed markets
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools (e.g., Hubspot, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
Program Build & Launch
- Design and launch a contract sales D2D sales program from scratch, including:
- Sales processes and workflows
- Training programs and onboarding systems
- Sales scripts and objection handling frameworks
- Territory mapping and routing strategy
- Performance tracking and reporting infrastructure
Team Development & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage contract sales reps and internal team members supporting the launch and growth
- Ensure there are reputable representatives deployed in all territories
- Work closely with VP of Sales direct sales manager(s) to identify the targeted territories
- Work closely with marketing to ensure sales reps are equipped with what they need to sell
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures
- Create a high-performance, competitive sales culture
Market Expansion & Scaling
- Deploy and scale teams across multiple fiber markets
- Replicate a standardized, high-performing model without rebuilding from scratch
- Continuously refine and optimize processes based on market feedback and performance data
Performance & Revenue Growth
- Drive high take rates in newly launched fiber service areas
- Monitor daily/weekly KPIs (doors knocked, conversions, cost per acquisition, etc.)
- Identify gaps quickly and implement corrective actions
Operational Excellence
- Build and maintain a fully documented, repeatable system, including SOPs for: Recruiting and hiring, training and onboarding, territory management, performance tracking and reporting

- Consistently high conversion rates and take rates in fiber deployment zones
- A repeatable playbook that allows rapid expansion without loss of performance
