Requirements
The Project Administrator provides administrative support to the project management team, ensuring smooth coordination between field operations, subcontractors, onsite office personnel, onsite management, and corporate office personnel.
What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to field operations and serve as a liaison between job sites and the corporate office
- Maintain site rosters, time-off calendars, office supplies, and daily office operations, including mail, shipments, and phone support
- Assist with project setup activities, employee onboarding, orientation paperwork, timecard review, and general HR administration
- Support field supervision with tracking equipment, vehicle licensing, compliance documentation, and employee records
- Promote and support the company’s safety culture while assisting site leadership and safety personnel with administrative needs
What You Bring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with administrative processes, time tracking, and basic HR functions; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or GED required; prior administrative experience preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to navigate active job sites and perform occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
