Job Summary

Concord is looking for a highly skilled Senior Talend Developer with 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in Talend. The ideal candidate will be an independent contributor capable of designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes. Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL is essential, and exposure to Databricks will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Talend

Work as an independent contributor on data integration and transformation projects

Develop complex SQL and PLSQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting

Optimize existing ETL jobs for performance and scalability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems

Document technical designs, processes, and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–7+ years of experience working with Talend (Talend Open Studio / Talend Data Integration)

Strong expertise in SQL and PLSQL

Proven experience in ETL development and data warehousing concepts

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

Experience with Databricks

Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms

Familiarity with data pipelines and modern data architecture
