Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility to work from home. As a member of our Concierge/Hospitality team, you will focus on delivering exceptional concierge services, managing reservations, and performing receptionist duties. Your role will also involve building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will collaborate with the team to ensure seamless experiences that evoke strong emotional engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing Concierge Services and managing Reservations with a focus on attention to detail and personalization
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide courteous and professional interactions
- Ability to handle Receptionist Duties, including managing inquiries and maintaining front-desk operations
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and systems to streamline services
- Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
