The Role
As a Concierge / Hospitality Associate, you will be at the heart of our service philosophy - creating seamless, thoughtful, and high-impact experiences for our members.
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
What You Will Do
· Curate and deliver exceptional Concierge® services tailored to individual preferences
· Manage reservations across dining, travel, and lifestyle experiences
· Handle member requests with precision, warmth, and professionalism
· Build and nurture meaningful relationships with members and partners
· Coordinate internally to ensure flawless execution of services
· Maintain high standards of communication and service excellence at all times
