Concierge Home Care is hiring a Remote Orders Processor / Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support our growing home health operations across Florida. Location Requirement:
- Fully remote position
- Must reside within 30 miles of a Concierge Home Care branch in Florida
Your Impact in This Role
As a Revenue Cycle Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring timely physician order processing and compliance—helping clinicians deliver uninterrupted patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track physician orders in compliance with agency, state, and federal guidelines
- Monitor outgoing and incoming orders to ensure timely signatures
- Follow up with physicians and offices on outstanding or delinquent orders
- Support operational teams in meeting end-of-episode deadlines
- Maintain accurate records in the WellSky/Kinnser Orders Manager system
- Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers, Directors, and internal teams
- Participate in daily review meetings to track outstanding documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physician offices
- Support compliance initiatives and perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Some college required
- Must reside in Florida
- Home health experience preferred (not required)
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
