Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $60–$65 per visit + Medicare differential pay

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
- • Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapy license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
- CPR Certification
- Ability to supervise COTA’s
