Key Responsibilities:
● Assist Guest Relations Executives in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
● Prepare and organize welcome kits, local guides, and in-villa information for guests
● Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with warmth and professionalism
● Coordinate reservations, transport, dining, spa services, and local experiences for guests
● Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
● Maintain updated records of guest preferences, requests, and service feedback
● Support guest complaint resolution by escalating to the Guest Relations Executive when
necessary
● Ensure timely execution of special requests such as celebrations, surprises, or amenities
● Monitor villa readiness and coordinate with housekeeping, transport, and maintenance
teams
Key Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
Technical Skills:
● Strong understanding of guest service basics and hospitality etiquette
● Ability to use guest management systems, reservation platforms, and communication tools
Personal Traits:
● Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Polite, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
● Willingness to learn and take initiative under guidance
● Adaptability to work in a dynamic, high-touch luxury environment
