About the Role
We are looking for a Concierge Executive – Patient Counselling & Internal Sales to join our team in Gachibowli.
This role combines patient communication, healthcare counselling, lead management, appointment coordination, follow-up, and internal sales.
The candidate will be responsible for responding to patient enquiries, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, coordinating appointments, following up with prospective patients, and contributing to diagnostic and department-wise booking and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should be empathetic, confident, highly organised, and comfortable combining patient-centric communication with strong sales-conversion and relationship-management skills.
The role will involve close coordination with doctors, diagnostic teams, therapists, front-office staff, marketing, and management to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Key Responsibilities1. Patient Counselling & Communication
- Respond to patient and family enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand patient requirements and provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
- Explain relevant diagnostic services, health-check packages, procedures, pricing, preparation requirements, and appointment processes.
- Communicate information based on approved clinical recommendations and guidance provided by the appropriate clinical team.
- Address non-clinical questions and concerns professionally.
- Build trust and maintain a positive patient experience throughout the enquiry and booking journey.
- Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate doctor or clinical team whenever required.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.
- Respond to new enquiries promptly.
- Understand and qualify patient requirements.
- Convert relevant enquiries into diagnostic appointments and service bookings.
- Conduct structured follow-ups with interested, pending, inactive, cancelled, and postponed leads.
- Address non-clinical objections related to pricing, packages, timing, availability, and appointment processes.
- Work towards monthly booking and revenue targets.
3. Diagnostic & Health-Check Package Counselling
- Develop strong knowledge of Ogha Health's diagnostic tests and health-check packages.
- Explain package inclusions, benefits, pricing, procedures, and preparation requirements clearly.
- Educate patients about preventive health check-ups and available diagnostic services.
- Help patients understand relevant services based on their requirements and approved clinical guidance.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for package bookings without making independent clinical recommendations.
- Support diagnostic booking growth through effective counselling and follow-up.
4. Appointment & Patient Coordination
- Schedule and confirm diagnostic and service appointments.
- Coordinate with diagnostic, clinical, and front-office teams to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Communicate approved preparation instructions to patients.
- Follow up with patients to minimise cancellations and no-shows.
- Coordinate internally to resolve non-clinical patient-related issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication throughout the patient journey.
5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Maintain a structured follow-up process for all assigned leads.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, missed calls, cancelled appointments, and postponed bookings.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing patients.
- Support appropriate repeat health-check and diagnostic bookings.
- Identify relevant opportunities to introduce patients to other Ogha Health services based on their needs and approved clinical guidance.
- Maintain a patient-first approach throughout all interactions.
6. Internal Coordination
Work closely with:
- Doctors and clinical teams
- Diagnostic technicians
- Physiotherapy and therapy teams
- Front-office staff
- Marketing team
- Management
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating patient requirements with the relevant departments.
- Ensuring accurate communication of patient information.
- Following up on appointment and service-related requirements.
- Sharing feedback with the marketing team regarding lead quality, patient queries, and conversion challenges.
- Supporting smooth coordination between marketing, sales, clinical, and operations teams.
7. CRM, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, appointments, bookings, and sales.
- Update CRM and lead-management systems regularly.
- Track lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-booking conversion.
- Maintain daily activity reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track diagnostic and department-wise revenue.
- Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate data for management review.
Candidate ProfileQualification

- M.Sc. Psychology
- M.Sc. Counselling Psychology
- M.Sc. Clinical Psychology
Candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications and strong experience in healthcare counselling, patient coordination, diagnostics, or healthcare sales may also be considered.
