Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concierge Associate at The Oterra, located in Bengaluru. The Concierge Associate will be responsible for delivering exemplary guest experiences through a variety of tasks, including managing guest reservations, providing concierge services, and assisting with inquiries and special requests. The role also involves facilitating smooth operations of the concierge desk and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Concierge Services and managing guest reservations
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain professional under pressure
- Familiarity with local attractions and services in Bengaluru is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
