Job Description
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and personalized service experience.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Arrange transportation, airport transfers, tours, and other guest activities.
- Assist with restaurant reservations, entertainment bookings, and event arrangements.
- Coordinate guest requests such as luggage assistance, room amenities, and special arrangements.
- Manage guest messages, parcels, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain guest preference records to enhance personalized service.
- Ensure the concierge desk and lobby area remain organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Customer Service within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and travel services.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.
