About the role

Responsibilities: - Review and abstract clinical data from source documents, including medical records, pathology reports, radiology reports, and other relevant documentation - Accurately capture data elements and outcomes of interest according to study protocols and data dictionaries - Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve queries and discrepancies - Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails - Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and study-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Provide status updates and meet defined timelines - Contribute to continuous process improvements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of experience in clinical data abstraction, preferably in an oncology or other specialty therapeutic area - Proficient in reviewing and abstracting data from medical records, pathology reports, radiology reports, and other relevant source documents - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
