Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Conceptualiser. The Conceptualiser will be responsible for generating, developing, and visualizing creative ideas and concepts. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to design unique campaigns, events, and media experiences. Tasks will also encompass brainstorming sessions, creating storyboards, and assisting in the execution of immersive projects that align with client objectives and brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in brainstorming, ideation, and creative thinking to develop innovative concepts and solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in visual storytelling, design sensibilities, and creating storyboards.
- Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to visualizing and presenting ideas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and pitch creative ideas effectively.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Background in design, media, communication, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience in event design, digital media, or content creation will be advantageous.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional, user-centered experiences.
