Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Create innovative and strategic retail concepts that meet client objectives and enhance the retail experience.
- Project Management: Manage small and medium-sized projects from ideation to preparation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including design and visualization teams, to bring concepts to life.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present concepts that address their business goals.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into retail design concepts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Freshers or Proven experience as a Concept Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.
