Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. - Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
