Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our clients and their customers. - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams. - Maintain detailed records of all support activities. - Continuously seek ways to improve the support experience.
