About the role

As an Associate - Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through the usage of our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels - Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, offering effective solutions - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance - Continuously expand your knowledge to enhance your technical expertise - Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives within the team Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts - Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
