Manufacturing Process Engineer

Conagra Brands is a packaged foods company that offers food products and a variety of other food items. They are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to work at their Indianapolis plant, focusing on improving manufacturing standards and troubleshooting performance losses. Responsibilities: Manage metrics for the manufacturing line including efficiency, yield, and Daily Management Systems. Be the plant liaison to R&D including conducting trials. Work with plant and corporate Engineering to develop and install new technologies. Create and train new procedures. Analyze results of experiments and trials to provide process recommendations. Provide technical leadership on projects. Qualification: BS Chemical, Food, Biological, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 1+ year experience with process technology documentation. Understanding of Design of Experiment methodologies. Experience with Deliverables and Success Criteria-based environment.
