Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist with the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences by booking venues and arranging catering.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring an efficient stock level while managing costs effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
