Job Summary
Amalembroideries is seeking a proactive Computerized Machine Embroidery Merchandiser to manage client embroidery orders from inquiry to bulk execution. The role involves close coordination with in-house digitizing, sampling, production planning, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery, cost control, and premium embroidery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle embroidery inquiries, artwork files, and technical details
- Coordinate with the in-house digitizing team for design development and approvals
- Manage sampling process and pre-production approvals
- Prepare accurate costing based on stitch count, machine runtime, thread consumption, and complexity
- Plan and monitor bulk production schedules with machine allocation
- Ensure embroidery quality (thread tension, density, alignment, finishing standards)
- Coordinate thread shades, backing materials, and trims with stores
- Track order status and update management on production progress
