Role Description
This is a internship, hybrid role located in IITM for a Computer Vision / AI Engineer. The professional in this role will design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions for agricultural applications. Responsibilities include research and implementation of computer vision techniques, neural network architecture development, and pattern recognition for real-time data analysis. The role also involves contributing to software development and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance AI and machine learning applications in agriculture.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Strong Python + Deep Learning (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience in Computer Vision (OpenCV)
- Experience with object detection (YOLO or similar)
Good to Have:
- Experience with agriculture / plant datasets
- Edge AI (Jetson Nano / Raspberry Pi)
- Model optimization (latency, inference speed)
