Role Description The Computer Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sriperumbudur. The trainer will deliver classroom-based instruction in computer fundamentals, programming concepts, and related subjects, using clear explanations and structured lesson plans. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, developing or refining curriculum content, conducting practical lab sessions, assessing learner progress through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The Computer Trainer will also support learners individually, address questions, maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, and participate in program improvement activities and coordination with academy staff.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Computer Science and foundational IT concepts.
- Candidates should possess programming skills and the ability to teach coding fundamentals clearly.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining technical topics to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and Teaching skills to design and deliver structured courses.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher in computer education is preferred.
- Ability to use standard educational software, productivity tools, and learning management platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-focused approach to instruction.
