About the Role
Golchha Computers is looking for an experienced Computer Technician / Hardware Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, gaming PCs, and workstations.
This is a full-time on-site role involving both in-store technical support and field service visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Assemble, upgrade, and maintain PCs and workstations
• Install Windows OS, drivers, and essential software
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Handle customer support for in-store and on-site visits
• Perform basic networking, data backup, and system maintenance
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in computer hardware repair/service
• Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware
• Ability to identify faulty components and provide effective solutions
• Basic software troubleshooting knowledge
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
