Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at Mountview International School in Sas Nagar for a Computer Teacher. The Computer Teacher will design and deliver an engaging and inclusive computer science curriculum, teach programming to students of varying skill levels, and integrate technology into classrooms to enhance learning. Responsibilities also include developing instructional materials, assessing student progress, and collaborating with fellow educators to foster interdisciplinary teaching approaches. The position demands active participation in co-curricular activities and a commitment to inspiring a passion for technology in students.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Computer Science and Programming skills
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the creation of instructional materials for technology-driven learning.
- Proven ability to teach effectively in both theoretical and practical computer science topics.
- Familiarity with modern educational technology tools and their integration into classroom instruction is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for education and fostering a love for learning in students.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role is preferred; freshers with relevant skills and qualifications may also apply.
