About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Computer Systems & Network Engineer (L3) to manage, support, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, systems, networks, and security environments. This is an L3 escalation role requiring strong troubleshooting capability, deep technical expertise, and ownership of mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Administration
Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise systems.
Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, DR readiness, and performance tuning.
Monitor infrastructure health, uptime, storage, and compute resources.
Handle Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access management.
Network Administration
Manage LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure across office locations.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN.
Ensure network security, segmentation, and access control.
Work on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP, NAT.
Support & Escalation (L3)
Act as highest escalation point for major incidents.
Root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, vendors, and internal teams.
Maintain SLA compliance and documentation.
Security & Compliance
Implement endpoint/network security standards.
Support audits, log reviews, vulnerability remediation.
Manage firewall rules, access reviews, and policy compliance.
Automation & Improvement
Use PowerShell/Bash/Python for automation.
Improve monitoring, alerting, and system reliability.
