Role Description

This is a full-time Computer System Specialist role based on-site at our Mumbai location. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, providing technical support to end-users, managing software installations, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include creating system diagrams, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with teams to improve technological processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Information Technology, with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer systems
• Expertise in handling Servers, firewall, ports,.....
• Experience in Technical Support, including resolving hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with tools like Visio for creating technical diagrams and system representations
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address IT challenges effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment on-site
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage
