Computer Science Faculty
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Training
• Deliver classroom and online sessions on computer science subjects such as:
• Programming (C, C++, Java, Python)
• Data Structures & Algorithms
• Object-Oriented Programming
• Databases & SQL
• Operating Systems, Computer Networks (basic level)
• Simplify complex technical concepts using real-world examples.
3. Student Mentoring & Evaluation
• Guide students in technical skill development and career readiness.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
4. Placement & Industry Support
• Support placement training through mock interviews and technical assessments.
• Assist students in interview preparation and resume building.
• Coordinate with placement and academic teams for hiring drives.
5. Academic Administration
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and training documentation.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic reviews.
• Ensure adherence to academic policies and schedules
Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in any Computer Science–related field.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (C / C++ / Java / Python)
• Solid understanding of core computer science concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively
• Passion for teaching and continuous learning
