Role Overview
We are looking for 10 detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to manage and maintain our industrial database. The primary focus of this role is to ensure high-speed, accurate data processing within our enterprise systems. Candidates with hands-on experience in SAP will be given strong preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately enter and update production, inventory, and logistics data into the system.
- SAP Operations: Handle daily transactions within SAP modules (MM/PP/SD) to ensure real-time tracking of resources.
- Quality Assurance: Verify data integrity by comparing system inputs against physical records or source documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit and compliance purposes.
- Reporting: Assist the operations team in generating daily performance and stock reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
- SAP Experience: Strong preference will be given to candidates with 1+ months of hands-on experience using SAP software.
- Technical Proficiency: High typing speed with 95% accuracy and basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets and correct them promptly.
- Local Residency: Candidates residing in or near Moga are preferred for immediate joining.
