Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a HMC and VMC Programmer. The primary responsibilities include developing, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs to create precision components. Additional tasks consist of interpreting technical drawings, overseeing the machining process, and ensuring the accuracy of finished products by testing and troubleshooting. The CNC Programmer will collaborate closely with machinists and engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and the ability to develop and modify programs
- Hand on experience developing components on Horizontal Machining Centers and Vertical Machining Centers
.
Familiarity with Fanuc and Mitsubishi based controllers.
- Strong understanding of Technical Drawing and its application in creating precision components
- Experience in Machining, Milling, and operating CNC machinery
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in finished products
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Prior experience working with precision engineering or manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
