Job Vacancy: CNC Operator – Stirrup Bending Machine

Unitech Construction is hiring an experienced CNC Operator to run our automatic stirrup-bending machine. If you have a steady hand, an eye for precision, and experience operating CNC rebar/stirrup machinery, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the CNC stirrup bending machine for production of rebar stirrups as per drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS)
- Set up bar diameters, bend angles, and dimensions accurately on the machine controls
- Load wire/rebar coils and ensure smooth, jam-free feeding
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of the machine
- Inspect finished stirrups for correct dimensions, shape, and quality
- Maintain production records and report any machine faults promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Prior experience operating CNC stirrup bending or rebar processing machines (preferred)
- Ability to read bar bending schedules and basic engineering drawings
- Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting
- Physically fit and able to work in a production/factory environment
- ITI or technical background is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
