Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist based in Vijayawada. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing machining tasks, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining the machinery. The role involves interpreting technical blueprints, setting up machines, and ensuring precise execution of machining processes. The candidate will also conduct routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure optimal operation and output.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining techniques
- Experience in Milling and other specialized machining processes
- Ability to perform Quality Control checks to ensure adherence to specifications
- Knowledge of Machinery and hands-on experience in maintaining and operating CNC equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Relevant certification or technical training in CNC machining or a related field is preferred
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- experience in VMC, CNC lathe, tooling, Jig and fixture implementation.
