Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role located in Jaipur. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include preparing and loading materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic programming or parameter changes, and ensuring efficient machine operation throughout the production run. The role involves inspecting finished parts, performing routine checks, and collaborating with the production and quality teams to meet quality and productivity targets. The operator will also follow all safety procedures, perform basic preventative maintenance, and accurately document production and inspection data.
Qualifications
- Strong Machine Operation skills with experience in CNC machinery and safe equipment handling.
- Proficiency in Milling and Machining processes, including setup, tooling selection, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices, including dimensional inspection, use of measuring instruments, and documentation of results.
- Hands-on experience working with industrial Machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, CNC programs, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain consistency under production deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for operating CNC interfaces and recording production data.
- Relevant technical diploma or certification in machining, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines; prior CNC operator experience is preferred.
