Job Summary:
We're looking for a tech-savvy Computer Lab Assistant to support our computer lab operations and ensure a smooth learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students and faculty with computer issues, software, and hardware problems
- Maintain lab equipment, software, and peripherals
- Monitor lab activities, ensure security, and follow protocols
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
- Assist in lab setup, maintenance, and upgrades
- Manage lab schedules, bookings, and resources
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Desired Skills:
- - Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
