The Computer Lab Assistant is responsible for the smooth functioning of computer laboratories by providing technical support, maintaining systems, and assisting students and faculty during lab sessions.

- Maintain and monitor computer lab systems, peripherals, and network setup.
- Provide technical assistance during practical sessions.
- Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist in conducting lab sessions, practical exams, and assessments.
- Maintain inventory and records of lab equipment.
- Ensure proper usage and discipline in the lab.
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- BE/B.Tech in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
Professional Certifications
- Certifications in programming, networking, or operating systems will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience
- Certifications in programming, networking, or operating systems will be an added advantage.
Skills And Competencies
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C/Java.
- Familiarity with DBMS systems like SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and operating systems.
- Understanding of computer hardware and basic electronics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
